Big Moves! Bachans family Invests Rs 25CR in a Luxury Property in Mumbai

Mumbai Bollywood Legend Amitabh bachhan and his son Abhishek bachhan have bought Properties worth 25cr in the City Mulund West Locality.

The Newly purchased properties are located in Oberoi Realty residential Project Eternia.

Amitabh & Abhishek Bachchan purchased 10 apartments in the Oberoi Eternia project in Mulund West, Mumbai for ₹24.95 crore. The apartments are spread across 10,216 square feet and include 20 car parking spaces. 

Details of the purchase

·        The apartments are ready-to-move-in 3 BHK and 4 BHK units. 

·        Eight apartments have a carpet area of 1049 sq ft each and two span 912 sq ft per unit. 

·        Abhishek acquired six apartments totaling ₹14.77 crore. 

·        Amitabh bought four apartments for ₹10.18 crore. 

A stamp duty of ₹1.50 crore along with registration fees of ₹3 lakh has been paid for the 10 apartments

·        All apartments were registered on October 9, 2024. 

Impact of the purchase

This investment has added to the growing real estate portfolio of the Bollywood stars. It has also upped their 2024 realty portfolio to over ₹100 crore.
